Creating a home that reflects your family’s style and individuality is one of the most exciting aspects of purchasing your Gehan Home. At our home design center, our experienced consultants will assist you in creating your one-of-a-kind home.
Your Appointment
After you sign your Purchase Agreement, you will be asked to schedule an appointment at the design center. There will be many choices and decisions to make, so plan to take approximately 4 hours to make your selections. Don't worry about feeling rushed or overwhelmed - you'll have a design consultant to assist you every step of the way.
What should I do before I meet with the design consultant? Think about your dream home. Think about the way you'll use your home. Think about the colors and flooring that you like. Your book can include:
Photographs from home improvement or design magazines that speak to you. Create sections for each room.
Paint color chips, tile samples, fabric swatches, wallpaper samples - anything that appeals to you.
